Includes OTA (Over-the-air) software updates and system health checks.
£24/month incl. VAT.
Advanced
Includes Basic package, plus 24/7/365 support and network controller backups taken monthly.
£32/month incl. VAT
Premium
Includes Advanced package, plus priority support 24/4/365, daily system checks and inclusive call outs.
£40/month incl. VAT
All software updates are tested on our own systems before sending OTA to your devices. Updates are rolled out overnight to minimise inconvenience. For advanced and premium packages, customer support is available by telephone and email around the clock, including remote assistance where necessary. Immediate response wherever possible. No minimum term. Cancel anytime.
